Refund policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. If a service has already been performed, it is non-refundable. For prepaid sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
